Classes are taught at Universidad de Palermo, in Buenos Aires, by both UGA and local faculty with teaching experience at several universities in the United States.





Summer:

Students take 2 advanced courses to choose from:

  • SPAN 3050.- Introduction to Spanish Linguistics
  • SPAN 4010.- Advanced Composition and Conversation
  • SPAN 4070.- Spanish-American Literature and Culture from Modernism through the Present
  • SPAN 4080.- Topics in Culture and Literature or SPAN 4082.- Latin American Film
  • SPAN 4090.- Practicum in Service Learning or SPAN 4190.- Internship in Spanish (enrollment contingent upon the organizations that will agree to work with the program).

  • SPAN 4090.- Practicum in Service Learning or SPAN 4190.- Internship in Spanish (enrollment contingent upon the organizations that will agree to work with the program).
  • SPAN 4121.- Topics in Culture, Language, and Literature (with Universidad de Palermo instructor and students)
