What: Anki Workshop

Who: Tony Gonzalez, Ph.D. Candidate in Learning, Design and Technology
Anki is a learning tool which helps you to remember things by intelligently scheduling flashcards, so that you can learn a lot of information with a minimum amount of effort. In this workshop, Tony will cover the following topics:
* The cognitive science behind Anki (spaced repetition learning)
* How to get and install it
* Opening decks and reviewing
* Anki's reporting features (time students spent using the program, etc)
* Creating simple front/back card decks
* Advanced uses (adding graphics and sound)
Please join us. We will have snacks available before the workshop.
