DANA BULTMAN

Associate Professor of Spanish specializing in Early Modern peninsular literature.
Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1998

Dr. Dana Bultman has research and teaching interests in early modern Spanish poetry, humanism, women’s intellectual history and theology. Her articles on Luis de Góngora have appeared in Hispanic Review, Bulletin of the Comediantes, and Hispanófila. She is the author of the book Heretical Mixtures: Feminine and Poetic Opposition to Matter-Spirit Dualism in Spain, Albatros-Hispanófila Siglo XXI, 2008. Currently she is preparing an edition of Francisco de Osuna’s 1531 guide to lay life, Norte de los Estados.
