Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Mariana Ribeiro Rodrigues holds a BA in Languages, Literatures and Cultures from the University of Alto Douro e Trás-os-Montes and an MA in Teaching of Portuguese and English from the University of Porto. Throughout her academic career, Mariana has developed a great appreciation for the culture and literature of her home country, Portugal, which she is excited to share with the learning community at UGA, where she is serving as a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant, under the Portuguese Program.
