Minors

Our Romance Languages minors are a large community of bilingual and multilingual students at UGA.  Language study exercises your complex problem-solving skills and increases your social confidence.  As you gain fluency, exposure to multiple cultures and group work also mean you understand various angles of an issue, are more emotionally aware, and have developed collaboration skills.  Explore our opportunities for students on our language pages.  Courses can be searched on our website by area.  Requirements for these degrees can be found in the UGA Bulletin:

As a Romance Languages student you will experience traditions from around the world and interpret them in the original language.
