M.A. in Linguistics from the Post-Graduate Program in Letters and Linguistics and a B.A. in Languages and Literatures - Portuguese, both from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). Specialist in Proofreading (PUC-Minas). He was Adjunct Lecturer for the Pedagogy Major at the Faculty of Education at UFG and for the Portuguese Language and History Majors at the Federal Institute of Goiás. He was a Fulbright fellow as Teaching Assistant of Portuguese as a Foreign Language at the University Notre Dame, IN, United States, through the FLTA/Fulbright Program (2021/2022). He has experience in the following subjects: Teaching Portuguese/English, Pragmatics, Metapragmatics, Linguistics, Linguistic Ideologies, Afro-Brazilian Literatures, Digital Ethnography, Text Revision, Development of Social/Cultural Projects. Line of research: Postcolonial dialogues: re-articulations of identity, language and knowledge.

Research Interests:

Teaching Portuguese/English, Pragmatics, Metapragmatics, Linguistics, Linguistic Ideologies, Afro-Brazilian Literatures, Digital Ethnography, Text Revision, Development of Social/Cultural Projects. Line of research: Postcolonial dialogues: re-articulations of identity, language and knowledge.
